Integration Transformation

The term “nonordinary consciousness” refers to experiences that can not be explained through the lens of our consensus reality. These states are encountered through activities such as psychedelic substance use, silent meditation, solo wilderness experiences, breath work, spiritual ceremonies and ecstatic dance. Sometimes the nonordinary experience is encountered outside of these activities, perhaps spontaneously. Often the psychological material one brings back from these experiences can be of great use in aiding transformation of consciousness.

The therapeutic process can help with this transformation by providing a container for exploration as well as utilizing techniques to access the content more clearly.

I have completed a certification program in Psychedelic Therapies and Research and have training in providing a safe space for integration of these experiences. I can also be of assistance in reducing potential harm related to psychedelic substance use.
